We at Chatmag.com  feel that we are Duty Bound to give back to those that can best utilize funds, and have developed the 10% donation program  to charities. We've chosen organizations that address the needs of each particular Topic.      Over the past few years, we've heard a lot about "Dot.Com" millioniares, but very little about their charitable giving.  Recently, Market Place, a NPR Radio program, ran a feature concerning the lack of giving by the new "Dot.Com" economy.      Not all of the "Dot.Com'ers" are shying away from charitable giving.  As an example, Microsoft Corporation has been quietly going about the business of funding a large and diverse group of worthy organizations.
