Message Board Administration

In accordance with the client AUP, we review and delete each message posted containing unwanted advertisments, profanity, or "flame wars".  As some postings on the more controversial subjects, such as Politics, can be misinterpreted, the final decision to delete remains that of the client.

We will work with the individual client to develop an auto-delete/manual-delete guide. While it is our intention to relieve the client of the daily tasks involving message board administration, we also maintain that each client holds the final decision.

We will from time to time post messages on various boards, encouraging participation in discussions. Also, we can post any ISP related information or news, telling your customers of special promotions or new services offered by your ISP.
 

Online Community Building and Adminstration

Keeping your customers onsite is the purpose of any message board or online group.  We can create and manage an online community or special discussion group, using your ideas and suggestions. Ms. Tyler has sucessfully created and managed many special interest groups online, and brings to the client her full range of expertise and knowledge.

We will tailor our services to the individual needs of each client, providing services as needed to further enhance the ISP customers participation and enjoyment of the clients message board or discussion group.
