Arthur Miller, author of the drama Death of a Salesman and America's greatest living playwright, has died at the age of 89. Miller in recent weeks had been battling cancer and a heart condition.Miller is best known for "Death of a Salesman", the landmark play that captured the life of the common man, salesman Willie Loman.
Arthur Miller was married to the late actress Marilyn Monroe from 1956 to 1961. He married Inge Morath in 1962, their 40 year marriage ended in her death in 2002.
