Software to provide
safe place for kids to chat online and help parents monitor chats
Valley City, ND
– You’ve seen the TV specials and news coverage about predators online
putting your kids in danger. Now parents have the opportunity to access
a tool to allowing their kids to chat online safely.
KleinOnline and
Telco Advertising, Gatineau, Quebec, are releasing KidSafeLand software
on Tuesday, May 9. KidSafeLand will provide a safe online audio, text,
and video chat system free of predators and hackers. In addition, the software
will monitor your children’s online chatting for their safety and your
comfort.
“Frankly, as a
parent I got sick and tired of it (online predators), and it makes me nervous
as a parent,” says Joel Therien, President of Telco Advertising and father
of three.
How does KidSafeLand
monitor the chats? The program will email parents copies of chats, and
store recorded audio chats for parents to download. KidSafeLand will monitor
chats on its own system and other Internet instant messaging programs.
“The software will record any keystrokes on the keyboard, and save them
for parents to review at a later date,” Therien explains.
“Every night you
see news about a raid on sexual predators, or kids missing after chatting
online. We felt it was time someone offered a product to help protect our
children,” says Jim Klein of KleinOnline.
“In addition to
watching predators, KidSafeLand alerts parents about possible cyber bullying,”
adds David Klein, KleinOnline.
KidSafeLand is
based off the popular business conferencing software HotConference and
is available FREE at www.kleinonline.com for a limited time.
KleinOnline.com
is a business and internet consulting company based in Valley City, N.D.,
