Vigilante Web Site Perverted-Justice.com

The controversial web site Perverted-Justice.com, most recently featured in the Dateline NBC series, "To Catch a Predator", has become a victim of their own popularity.

In recent days, a large number of Google News Alerts for "perverted-justice" returns links to several sites selling Viagra. These 'blog type sites are a scam to sell a regulated medication.

The largest of these sites is stories-viagra. info, which points to many online prescription medicine sales outlets.

In general, scam/spam sites take a popular news item, and generate pages containing keywords from these news articles.

In this case, the vigilante site Perverted-Justice.com is being used to further scam users, and a check of the scam site shows no connection between them and Perverted-Justice.com.

Internet users are cautioned against purchasing anything from sites other than those they generally use, such as Walmart.com and other well known companies.
